I am Liz, owner of The Body Project in York since 2011.
I come armed with a wealth of knowledge and experience in personal training, Pilates, soft tissue injuries and rehabilitation.
With a passion for helping others I strongly believe an approach which focuses on technique, precision and quality should be at the heart of each session.
What The Body Project offers:

Reformer Pilates classes
Join in with a reformer Pilates class - maximum of 5 people
Choose between two classes: foundation or improver
Classes are in person only
1 hour sessions - bookable online

Studio Pilates
Offering private (1:1) or semi private (2:1) Pilates sessions
Work at your own pace & become familiar with the Pilates method & equipment
In person only - book direct with Liz
1 hour sessions
