Pilates at The Body Project aims to create a sense of awareness between the body and mind while practicing whole body alignment.

Using the traditional Pilates principles (flow, precision, control, breathing, concentration and centering) you can expect sessions to work posture, strength, balance and flexibility all while having a mindful practice.

Whether you come for general wellbeing, help to improve your form for a specific sport, rehabilitation for an injury or pathology, pre and post natal or want to add something new to your exercise schedule, be assured there is an option for you.

1:1 or 2:1 Pilates

Private or semi private Pilates sessions help tailor a bespoke plan based on the assessment findings and your goals, all taught by an experienced comprehensive Pilates teacher.

Each session will have the Pilates fundamentals woven in while targeting the deep postural muscles and lengthening muscles from within.

The workouts will be fun, efficient and effective while using different equipment and props to add resistance or increase the challenge of the exercise.

Private or semi private sessions are great for learning the core details about Pilates, understanding your bodies movement patterns while gaining confidence in your Pilates practice.

Private sessions are a good starting point to begin your Pilates journey.

The Body Project aims to make Pilates accessible to everyone offering:

  • Studio Pilates (1:1 and 2:1 Pilates).

    Suitable for:

    Anyone new to Pilates helping familiarise yourself with the Pilates fundamentals and equipment.

    Recommended for anyone * with an injury or pathology, pre and post surgery, mums to be and new mums wanting to exercise safely post birth.

    If you simply want a personalised practice to advance your Pilates and be challenged to the next level.
