Reformer group classes at The Body Project offer a full body workout, where the emphasis is on small numbers allowing for hands on corrections.
The reformer allows for a resistance workout that aligns and elongates the muscles safely while achieving core stability and good postural alignment. A low impact workout that is adaptable to all fitness levels offering versatility when it comes to a variety of movements, body positions and props.

Your first class starts at £20 per person
Maximum 5 participants
In the interest of hygiene and safety - grip socks are required for all classes
Grip socks are available to purchase in the studio @ £5 per pair
New to reformer Pilates?
If you are new to reformer Pilates, your first session to book would either be a private 1-1 or Pilates foundation class.
This will give you the confidence and an orientation to how the reformer works and the Pilates fundamentals.
